Had a convenient stay near the Vector Arena with easy walks to shows. The room was spacious enough for my family with a small baby, and we appreciated the friendly staff who ensured everything went smoothly. Worth every cent!

For dads, it would be great to have more blankets.

The food at the restaurant was delicious, yet we waited a

considerable time for our order to arrive due to understaffing. The room was adequately clean, but the overall decor felt quite dated and in need of a refresh. Parking was limited, and we had to park off-site initially, which was inconvenient.

the copthorne is an absolute disaster. the breakfast selection was dismal, and when we finally found a table, it was a test of patience. i also expected a decent room but was greeted with worn-out carpets and no kettle plug that made me feel quite underwhelmed. i almost wrote a good review, just couldn’t bring myself to do it.

Had a good stay, but parking was a right hassle, needed to park off-site for $25 and that didn’t guarantee a space. The room was comfy and quiet, though, sweet as!

Solo traveler excellent experience

The food was top-notch! I ordered room service at a crazy hour and it arrived hot and fast, made my night after a long day.

It wasn’t cheap, but honestly felt worth it for the quality received.

The beds were soft and comfortable, making for restful nights. The room featured a balcony that opened to allow fresh air, which added greatly to the overall ambiance. the location near Auckland University was perfect for my work needs, offering ample space for luggage and convenience during my stay at the conference.

The room had a faint musty smell and lacked bedside electrical sockets.

I had a blast at the Harbourview Restaurant & Bar, where the atmosphere was buzzing! The fish and chips were made fresh, and I loved the local flair. enjoyed a cheeky cappuccino at Gloria Cafe just down the road, both spots really showcased Auckland's vibrant dining scene.

But gotta say, the breakfast left a bit to be desired. There wasn't enough information for special diets, and my mate felt sidelined with limited options. The parking situation was also a pain, with tight spots and $30 fees piling up.

Staying at the hotel for a night during a concert visit proved memorable. The location offered easy access to Spark Arena. The breakfast served filled me well, despite some hiccups in the food supply. Room conditions needed improvement, but the proximity to city attractions compensated for that.

Would recommend for a brief visit

Clean room, friendly staff, located conveniently within walking distance to key attractions, making it ideal for short stays in the city.

For us it was ideal.

The room was clean with a comfy king bed and a lovely view of the harbour. I felt right at home during my stay.
